Freshly chopped herbs, including parsley, chives and garlic give this firm cheese its striking fresh taste. The usual weight is approximately 2 kg, but often it is cut in store in smaller wedges. This Edam cheese is waxed with a green coating, protecting the cheese to keep its quality and taste.
